General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined in Article 4 GDPR.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

Processed data may include IP address, date and time of access, accessed pages, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, and amount of data transferred.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation).

Server Log Files

The collection of server log data serves the technical provision of the website, IT security, and prevention of misuse and cyber attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Retention period: Server log data is stored for 7 days and then automatically anonymized or deleted, unless longer storage is required for evidentiary purposes in the event of a security incident.

We use exclusively technically necessary cookies.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

Retention period: Inquiry data is stored for 6 months after final response, unless contractual relations arise. If a contract is concluded, relevant correspondence is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law: 6 years pursuant to § 257 HGB and 10 years pursuant to § 147 AO.

Newsletter dispatch is carried out via Sendinblue GmbH (Brevo), Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. A Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

Double Opt-In Procedure

We process e-mail address, IP address, and date and time of registration.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

Retention period: Data is stored as long as the subscription is active. Upon unsubscribe, data is deleted within 30 days unless statutory retention obligations apply.
